This workshop is born from the many conversations that have been shared within circles around sexuality and the real and raw truth’s of many Women’s lived experiences as sexual beings within the currant culture.
This workshop is an unpacking of myth and cultural misinformation, leaving no stone unturned in what is real and alive in the women of todays culture around their sexuality, sensuality and cultural expectations.
In this workshop we reclaim our sexuality and sensuality as a sacred and divine gift from the goddess, life force energy that we can learn to cultivate, harness and utilise for a vibrant, healthy and connected relationship with self and others.
In this workshop we demystify the things that we dare not speak or ask. We learn fundamental physiology of a woman’s anatomy and what it takes to truly feel safe and allow pleasure. We invite in the healing of our wounds and trauma’s and bring forward deeper connection through safe and held sharing and deep process work.
In this workshop we explore mythology and archetypal stories to understand feminine wisdom, sacredness and power. We learn practices to cultivate connection to our sexual temple and inner fire, bringing about vitality, chi and deeper states of feeling within our own being and sexual awareness.
In this workshop we will explore:
Sexuality and feminine power through the lens of Myth and story
The distortion of feminine sexuality within the currant culture
Ways to connect and cultivate vitality within the sacred vessel of the body
Cultivate sensuality through the relationship with the senses and the elements
Explore cultural wounding surrounding body image, sexuality and feminine power
Explore common misconceptions, myths and misguided information around female sexual physiology, anatomy and pleasure
Demystify the orgasm
Explore basic tantric concepts and practices to build deeper relationship and awareness with ones own sexuality and pleasure consciousness
Use art and process work to become intimately connected with your sexual anatomy and heal negative belief systems and shame
Understand your blocks to bliss
Heal the wounded maiden and step into your Queen
