Wisdom of the Cycles: A Workshop for Mothers and Daughters

This is a workshop for mothers and daughters who are pre-menarche (first blood) or just started menstruation.Together we will explore the wisdom of the menstrual cycle, the moon cycle and the earth seasons as a way of gaining a deeper understanding of becoming a woman.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This workshop will teach young women the changes that occur during puberty and how these changes can be honoured and celebrated. The workshop will support and educate mothers to connect more deeply with their daughters during this time in a way that will help their daughters to embrace this journey with pride and understanding.

This workshop is suitable for young women who have just begun menstruation or close to starting.
